Care education and language, in one place
Educura brings together Japan's caregiving curriculum and workplace language training — with Urdu and English support, AI-guided study, and 24-hour access from anywhere.
A bridge born at Expo 2025
Educura is a joint venture between Japan's Teiseikai medical group and Pakistan's Southeast Business Group (SBG), brought together by JPII — the Japan Pakistan Innovation Institute.
In September 2025, we were introduced on stage at Expo 2025 Osaka with support from the Embassy of Pakistan in Japan and the Pakistan Pavilion — connecting Japan's need for caregivers with motivated learners in Pakistan.
Content is supervised by working care professionals in Japan and delivered through our partnership with AIOU, so learners build skills that hold up on the job — not just in a quiz.

What guides every lesson
Four ideas behind Educura — from the teams in Japan and Pakistan who built it.
- 01
Care and language together
One platform for caregiving skills and workplace language — because you need both to succeed abroad.
- 02
Built on Japan's curriculum
Modules follow how Japan actually trains caregivers — from basics through exam prep, in the right order.
- 03
A real Pakistan–Japan bridge
Teiseikai, SBG, and JPII built Educura to connect motivated learners with employers who need them.
- 04
Progress toward a job
Certificates, mock exams, and employer partnerships — so study leads somewhere, not just to a screen.
